May 2014 I Ransom Everglades School I Dell + Cannon
A
s the end of year is fast approaching, I would like to express my
gratitude to those that have supported me throughout this school
year. It has been a pleasure and privilege to work with so many
wonderful enthusiastic parents, faculty, administrators and staff. My
experience has only confirmed my belief that Ransom Everglades School
is an outstanding educational institution and community.
It has been a unique year in fundraising for REPA. We experimented with
our first on-line Auction this year and are encouraged by its success and
the future of our cyberspace venture. Next year we will combine our on-
line Auction with our party event in the gymnasium and hope to be more
successful than ever! Thank you to those that supported us as donors
and bidders in our continued effort to raise funds for student financial
aid. REPA’s efforts have resulted in three fully endowed scholarships, of
which we should be very proud.
Lastly, I would like to thank Jody Crosland, our Parent Relations
Coordinator. The Parents’ Association would not function on a day to
day basis without the hard work and dedication of Jody. Every Past
President of REPA will confirm that Jody is the foundation on which
REPA is built. Thank you for a wonderful year!
