RE Log Spring 2026

42 Ransom Everglades LOG SPRING 2026 1968 Jeanne Weinkle see Elizabeth Cowen ’67 1969 Lili Krech Neale, see Andy Neale ’69, Ransom School 1970 Elizabeth Wiseheart Joyce joins her daughter and cherished RE community members at the RE Community Holiday Celebration on December 10, 2025. L-R: Elizabeth Wiseheart Joyce, Elizabeth Joyce Magnusson ’07, faculty emerita Alina Mendoza and faculty member Ron Magnusson Class Notes 1974 Kim Duff Selby writes, “You are never too old! A few years ago, I joined a talent/ model agency called Golden Age Models. This amazing company is located in Stockholm, Sweden. I have done a few social media ads through them, and they are a very popular agency in Europe. They only accept models over 40 who agree to have no ‘work’ done on their faces (that’s me!). They knew I had my own fashion show production company for over 20 years, and they invited me to go to Sweden in January to train their newest models and to model in one of their shows at their gala. I am delighted and honored to be a part of this event and love that we will be celebrating our golden ages. Nope, not retired yet – the best is yet to come, and age is just a number! Cheers.” Nancy Peet Denaro, see In Loving Memory 1976 REUNION APRIL 2026 Lou Dessaint, see Maurice E. Ferre ’13 Alice Greenfield writes, “I would love to be at the 50-year reunion this year and see everyone; however, I won’t be able to make it. My job as Clinical Behavior Supervisor for an Article 31 Mental Health clinic has allowed me to go part-time, and I am thrilled. I continue to supervise clinicians working in the Bronx with children/adolescents/adults with mental health challenges. Now I have time to do the things my husband and I like to do, such as travel, go to warmer spots like Key West, where we spent three months escaping the cold weather, and see family and friends. My older son, Alex, is a history teacher in a public school in South Jersey, and my youngest, Ben, just received his master’s in Big Data Analytics. I’m a very proud mom, and my husband recently became a consultant for his company, Team Makers of New Jersey, instead of working full-time.” Beth Kaiser writes, “I’m very excited to see all of my old friends over our 50th reunion weekend in April – it’s going to be a fabulous time!” Ransom Everglades Est. 1975 1975 Roxi Vadia Morgenstern writes, “So incredibly thrilled, honored and grateful to have received the Head of School Award last April! It’s a profound recognition of the values Everglades School for Girls instilled in me – the emphasis on excellence and service made a lasting impact on me. “As I’ve said, I cherish and am committed to giving back in whatever way I can to support RE and its current students. Thanks again to all! “I am thrilled to welcome Lisa Shaw ’77, who is joining me as co-chair of the Everglades Steering Committee. I couldn’t be more excited to partner with her as we kick off a new chapter, continuing to build on our traditions and strengthen connections for the benefit of Everglades alumnae and the RE community-at-large.” Tom Weinkle, Cypress Wondering, oil on canvas Tom Weinkle writes, “I recently stepped away from a full-time role as Creative Director for FranklinCovey, Enterprise Marketing. I don’t like the word ‘retirement,’ so I’ll call it a ‘refocusing’ in pursuit of my personal passions of painting landscapes, tennis, exercise and kitchen chemistry. I plan to be selective and do limited graphic and web design consulting and volunteer work. I’ll be catching up on reading, art history and spending more time on new adventures with my spouse of almost 40 years.” Important Alumni Links RE Alumni Webpage: www.ransomeverglades.org/alumni REconnect: www.realumniconnect.org Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/ ransomevergladesalumni Instagram: www.instagram.com/ ransomevergladesalumni LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/groups/59316 Submit Class Notes for Fall 2026 at: bit.ly/RE-class-notes
