SPRING 2025 Ransom Everglades LOG 61 2014 What a night to remember at the Young Alumni Reception for the classes of 2012-2021! Held each year during Thanksgiving break, this special event honored the 5-year and 10-year reunions of the Classes of 2019 and 2014. Christopher Bott married Sara Abbassi, a Palmer Trinity school graduate, on January 25, 2025, at the stunning Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Chris’ brother, Tyler Bott ’16 , was his best man. Alumni and guests in attendance included Tyler Martin, Andrea Allmon ’16, Amy Sayfie Zichella ’93, Elaine Mijalis- Kahn ’73 and Jackie Milanes. Chris and Sara met at Florida State University in 2015 during their sophomore year and currently reside in Arlington, Va., with their dog, Payton. Congratulations to the happy couple! Alumni gathered for a group photo of the Class of 2014 to commemorate their 10-year reunion L-R: Christopher’s mother, Ana Bott, Jackie Milanes, Elaine Mijalis-Kahn ’73, Amy Sayfie Zichella ’93 . Ana, Jackie and Amy currently work in RE’s admission office. Last year’s Young Alumni Reception in November 2024 brought alumni and friends together at the upper school campus, where they enjoyed music by an alumni band, organized by Arn Xu and Jon Hamm and featuring Anthony Miller and fellow young alumni, Adam Chopp ’22, Rafi Jimenez-Faisal ’17, Leo Menninger ’18, Andres Soto ’21 and Maximilian Swietelsky ’21.
