I will be attending our 50th reunion via FaceTime with my friends from Everglades School for Girls. We are all really looking forward to it. We’ve kept in touch over the years and at one point we got the group together when I was living at home and we all sang as we used to in various glee clubs, ensembles and plays!” From Roxi Vadia Morgenstern , “It’s our 50th, you fabulous Class of 1975! As a class, we will be celebrating a momentous golden milestone – 50 years since we graduated from the Everglades School for Girls in our white dresses, carrying red roses! So, please mark your calendars for RE’s 2025 Alumni Weekend on April 25-26. “The weekend kicks off on Friday at Joe’s Stone Crab for a delicious luncheon with our class induction into the 50-Year Club. “In the evening, RE will host a cocktail reception for all alumni on the Ransom Campus, and afterward, we’ll head over to the heart of the Grove for dinner under the stars at Glass and Vine. It will be our own private celebratory time – all designed to bring us back together for an unforgettable evening. “Come Saturday morning, we’ll meet at our alma mater for a nostalgic breakfast and Everglades Campus tour where we’ll see and relive cherished memories and reconnect with other Everglades alumnae. “Following, we will embark on a sought-after airboat excursion and lunch at Everglades National Park where the Everglades Foundation will be guiding us through the largest ecological restoration project in the world – the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP). “Once our afternoon ends and we’re rested and changed, we’ll have more catching up to do at a reunion cocktail and dinner party with the Ransom Class of 1975 in the Pagoda. “Our 40th class reunion was fabulous! So let’s fill this utterly fabulous 50th reunion weekend with lots of laughter, hugs and new memories. “Please, don’t miss out; it won’t be the same without you!” Contact Roxi at rox.re75@gmail.com Ransom Everglades School Lou Dessaint and friends at the RE Community Holiday Party.
