Forgotten Florida tells the story of settlement in early South West Florida – from Tampa to Tallahassee up to the Dade Massacre, which started the 2nd Seminole War. Fractured Florida continues the story of several Seminole battles in the second Seminole War, while the settlers attempted to gain statehood, and the convention to grant statehood to Florida.
