FALL 2024 Ransom Everglades LOG 75 Andres Pedroso visited campus in July with his family, showing off his senior brick and Athletic Hall of Fame plaque. He also stopped by the Alumni House at La Brisa to say hello. Seth Weitz , Professor of History at Dalton State College, published his second book with the University of Alabama Press. This work, City of Hope, City of Rage: Miami, 1968-1994 , examines three tumultuous and defining decades in Miami’s history. Their ties to RE helped open the door for Teo Victoria ’07 and Steven Dickstein ’11 when they interviewed at the law firm Saul Ewing. Teo and Steven were thrilled to find out Kevin Grossfeld ’95 was a fellow Raider when they met him during their interviews. Talk about a Raider connection! David Harris and Jolie Berkowitz celebrate a new era of sustainable fashion at their alma mater. These Class of 1995 members proudly watched their children, Charlie Sender ’26 and Dylan Berkowitz ’26 , establish T.A.F.F. (Teens Against Fast Fashion) at the upper school. Marking their inaugural event on March 16, the young club members hosted a successful clothing swap, inviting peers to exchange apparel and creatively upcycle T.A.F.F. branded T-shirts and sweatshirts in a stand against fast fashion.
