She loves Seattle, having seen tremendous growth in these 30 years. She works as a communications consultant, currently focusing on crisis and change management in tech. She often gets together with classmate Eric Hermelee and his wife, Galen, who live in nearby Mercer Island. She and family visit Miami annually to see Deborah Clayman Kainen and sometimes Roger Baumann, Betsy Wise and Mark Hoffman . She hopes any alumni in town will reach out. Dartmouth students and fellow RE grads Mia Balestra ’21 and Lauren Zanarini ’22 went to cheer the girls on! David Clark and Rob DePriest , see 1995 Rear Admiral Keith Davids , command- er of Naval Special Warfare Command, presented retired Rear Admiral Thomas Richards a Silver Star for rescuing three of his fellow Navy SEAL platoon mates during the Vietnam War. Rosie Prohias Driscoll’s poem, “Raíces” was chosen by Color: Story for their annual event. Color: Story is a community event with a collaborative visual art and literary exhibition and a dynamic opening/reading/poetry slam created to bridge creative worlds. They recruit artists who then choose a poem to use as inspiration for their works of art. “Raíces” was chosen by artist Gabriela Monterroso. There will be a gallery showing and poetry reading on April 8, 2023, in Houston. http://bit.ly/3Jr6a9G Matt Marcus writes, “Planning for the Class of ’86 reunion with Elaine Broad and Bill Holly . We are looking forward to another great reunion, and cau- tiously hopeful that the legendary Seth Nachman will host another pre-reunion meal at Joe’s. Sometimes lightning does strike twice!” L-R: Matt Marcus and Elaine Broad. Scott Storper teaches LSAT, SAT, law school exam, and bar exam preparation through his own company, Miamiprep. He recently celebrated his 20th anniver- sary with his wife, Claudia. His oldest son, Alejandro, is a freshman studying pre-med and music at the University of Miami, and his younger boys, Daniel and Oliver, are happy and talented sixth graders. Scott still continues his main extracurricular activities at RE of theater and baseball, including annual trips to New York with Andrew Green ’87 , and managing his boys’ Howard Palmetto little league team to a championship last spring. His 2023 resolutions include join- ing a different fantasy football league and getting the baritone section of “Sussudio” that he learned in (the wonderful) Sandra Black’s chorus class out of his recurrent thoughts.
