We miss our family and friends a ton, but seeing fellow Raiders and Gators when they come up to visit has been a blast! Renee is currently the EMEA Regulatory Controller at Wells Fargo in London, England. Beyond Wells Fargo, Renee co-founded and co-hosts a podcast called Race2Rise , where she and a friend discuss their experiences as Black women working in the City of London. Their most popular episode is “Can We Live?”, which offered insight into how they felt watching events that unfolded in 2020. The podcast has been downloaded in 69 countries and counting. As a vocal advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, Renee uses her platform to bring awareness and change to the workplace and beyond. After six years of working for the federal government, I said goodbye to the NIH and FDA (obligatory photo from my last day of work) and have moved home to the sunshine of South Beach. I started a new position at Baptist’s Miami Cancer Institute working to expand their portfo- lio of early-phase clinical trials available for cancer patients. Looking forward to seeing many of you around town and reconnecting.” Justin Luger writes, “Hello Raiders! Presenting the latest addition to the Luger family: future Raider, Ari Jackson Luger, born July 18 in Miami at 7 lbs., 1 oz and 19.5 inches. Little sister Eliana (2) (and also a future Raider) is thrilled to be a big sister!”
