12 Ransom Everglades LOG FALL 2020 I was in close contact with my department; I had buddies via text and email. I always felt I had support. Department meetings were kind of a joyous affair. Dr. Kathryn Bufkin English Remote learning was a new challenge for teachers, students and parents. Working together, we provided our students with the best learning opportunities. I am grateful to all my students for putting in the time and work. Many took their art to new levels of excellence. Jorge Guzman visual arts My co-workers were amazing … We shared many lesson plans, assessments and teaching materials. What one didn’t think of, the other did, and so we were always able to help each other deliver a complete and thoughtful lesson to our students. Lilliam Fernandez world languages The spirit of collegiality is alive at RE. The team of teachers I work with is encouraging. We seek each other’s input, we take pride in our accomplishments and recognize each other’s hard work and efforts. We give and receive both constructive feedback and reinforcement.
