Christina Ravelo graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the American 8QLYHUVLW\ :DVKLQJWRQ &ROOHJH RI /DZ in Washington, D.C., in May 2018. She graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. At gradu- ation, she was selected by the faculty as one of two recipients of the Outstanding Graduate award. Earlier in the semes- ter, she also received the Ira P. Robbins Award for outstanding contributions and DFKLHYHPHQWV WR WKH $PHULFDQ 8QLYHUVLW\ Law Review, and she received the Lisa Rickard Scholarship for her demonstrated leadership in business law. During her time in law school, she was the Associate Symposium Editor for Volume 67 of the Law Review and Dean’s Fellow for the Business Law Program and the Legal Rhetoric & Writing Program. This fall, she will begin her work as an associate at Ropes & Gray in Washington, D.C. At Ropes & Gray she was selected as one of the recipients of the 2017 Roscoe Trimmier Jr. Diversity Scholarship. 2009 REUNION (NOVEMBER 2019) Class Agent: Christina Ravelo (Christina.a.ravelo@gmail.com ) Charles Barr visited with debate teacher Kate Hamm and debate students this past February while the team was in Boston for a competition. Charles had the honor of serving as a judge for the competition and joined the team for dinner.
