RE alumni and their sixth-grade sons or daughters assembled for a special photo shoot in the atrium at the Middle School. The group included Annabella Miki ’25 , who has not one, but two RE alumni parents ( Roberto Miki ’94 and Laura Alfonso ’93 ). Jones tutored RE’s faculty and administration on the importance of stepping outside their comfort zones and resolving to practice and implement new behaviors. Jones, who holds a PhD in orga- QL]DWLRQDO SV\FKRORJ\ IURP $OOLDQW ,QWHUQDWLRQDO 8QLYHUVLW\ LQ San Diego, emphasized how critical diversity of thought is to any organization’s success.
